NEW ALBUM: “PLAN(e)T-based” on Vinyl
Hi there,
This section is a personal message from me to you. I’m currently working on a new international project—my upcoming album—which will be released on vinyl and funded through supporter contributions.
The support amount is modest, just 26 EUR / 30 USD. Of course, you can contribute more if you like what I’m offering in return or simply want to give the project a bigger boost. This isn’t just a donation, though: in exchange for your support, I’ll send you a signed copy of the finished record, which is expected to ship in June 2026. This will be a limited edition run, and the first 50 copies will be hand-numbered. Additionally, the names of the first 50 supporters will be featured on the inner sleeve.
As a bonus, every contribution includes a free copy of my previous CD, The Wondrous Stag, of which I still have a few extra copies.
TIP: A signed, hand-numbered, limited edition vinyl can make a special gift!
How can you get involved?
Simply PRE-ORDER the album on Bandcamp
OR,
Send an email to oliver.zisko@gmail.com with the following details:
your name,
your postal address (please provide the address that should appear on the invoice too),
the amount (26 EUR / 30 USD, or double, triple, etc., if you’d like to support with more copies).
I’ll reply with the details, the total amount (including shipping), a big thank you, and your official supporter number. If you choose to contribute more—in multiples of the €26 / $30 fee—I will, of course, send you multiple copies of the vinyl/CD combo accordingly!
Please share this news with your friends. A special thanks if you can help by sharing the campaign link on your social media: https://oliverziskodrummer.com/call-for-supporters/ !
„PLAN(e)T-based” is an instrumental album. It presents a unique musical concept, merging progressive fusion with a raw metal guitar sound. The album showcases complex four-limb independence, polyrhythmic grooves, and unconventional hi-hat footwork, layering flam-based rhythmic structures with atmospheric harmonies. This sonic landscape maintains a distinct taste of jazz fusion, placing even the black-metal-influenced elements into a fusion context. The record also features renowned guest musicians well-known within the progressive and jazz-fusion communities.
